Oppo Find X8 and X8 Pro: What to expect
The specifications and features of the Find X8 series devices coming to the global market are expected to be largely similar to the Chinese models that made their debut a while back. This means that we can expect the Find X8 to offer a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED flat display, while the Find X8 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch LTPO micro-curved AMOLED screen, both supporting 120Hz adaptive refresh rates, up to 4500 nits brightness, and durable Oppo Crystal Shield glass.
Both smartphones are expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. They will debut the world’s first dual periscope camera system, with the X8 featuring a triple 50MP setup and the Pro model adding dual 50MP periscope lenses for 3x and 6x optical zoom. They are expected to offer AI-powered Telescope Zoom, the HyperTone Image Engine, and a Hasselblad partnership to ensure professional-grade photography and videography, including Dolby Vision and 12-bit processing.
These phones are expected to offer large batteries (5630mAh for X8, 5910mAh for X8 Pro) and support 80W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W reverse wireless charging. In China, the devices start from $600, however, we can expect them to cost a bit more in the global market.
